Discharge hose structure and material:
The discharge hose is composed of rubber, textile and fittings at both ends. It has the characteristics of pressure resistance, tensile resistance, wear resistance, elastic sealing, shock absorption, and aging resistance, especially its good flexibility.

Discharge Hose Applications:
The CDSR discharge hoses are mainly installed on the supporting main line of the dredger in the dredging project. It is used to transport the mixture of sediment and water. It can be applied to the water pipeline, underwater pipeline and shore pipeline, also it is an important component of the dredging pipeline.
● Discharge Hose with Steel Nipple: It is mainly used in the main line of the dredger in the dredging project. It is the most used hose product on the pipeline. It can be used in the stern of the CSD, in the floating pipe on the water, at the transition between the water and the shore pipeline, and in underwater pipelines, it is generally used alternately with steel pipes, which can maximize the bending performance of the pipeline, and it is especially suitable for floating pipelines in environments with strong wind and waves.
● Discharge Hose with Sandwich Flange: It is mainly used in the main pipeline of dredgers in the early days. It is famous for its superior flexibility and has been widely used. At present, the discharge hose with sandwich flange is generally used on the main pipeline of dredging project for sludge discharge, with a relatively small caliber, a caliber within DN600mm, and a working pressure not greater than 2.0MPa.
● Slope-adapted Hose: It is a functional hose developed on the basis of the discharge hose, which is specially designed for the large-angle bending position in the discharge pipeline. It is mainly used as a transition hose for connecting floating pipelines to submarine pipelines, or connecting floating pipelines to land pipelines. It is also applied where pipelines pass through cofferdams or breakwaters, or at the stern of dredgers. CDSR slope-adapted hose has been widely used in dredging projects in China by major dredging companies and receive favourable comments. Now, slope-adapted hoses have become the standard configuration of discharge pipelines in dredging projects in China.
